Meet Dr. Golnaz Ashraf

My passion is to create beautiful smiles, and I am committed to providing our patients with the highest level of personalized care in a respectful and fun atmosphere. I take pride in providing our patients with the latest technology and advances in orthodontics and strive to make your orthodontic experience exceptional.

Education and Continuing Education

I graduated from University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (U.O.P.) in San Francisco with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) and was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi, Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Tau Kappa Omega National Dental Honors Societies. I also received my Master of Science in Dentistry (M.S.D.) and Certificate in Orthodontics from University of the Pacific and received the highest scholarship award in my orthodontic residency.

I took part in orthodontic research in Craniofacial Research Instrumentation Laboratory (C.R.I.L.) for seven years at the University of the Pacific. I practiced both general and pediatric dentistry for several years before I decided to specialize in orthodontics. I enjoy teaching and was a member of the faculty at the University of the Pacific.

Outside the Office

I love spending time with my family. I have two children, Ryan and Sophie. My husband, children and I live in Tiburon and you may see us at the soccer fields, the playgrounds or any other family fun-filled venue.

I enjoy swimming and traveling. I love to exercise and believe balance is the key to a happy and healthy life.
